and where it needs to be delivered.
TruSports.com.au will price the delivery based on the size and weight of
the item. Please be aware that shipping is calculated off the larger of the
package size or weight. Typically the larger the item, the more expensive
delivery will be. Extremely large goods will also incur higher shipping
We use Australia Post as our primary delivery service and various other couriers
for large and bulky items. Delivery time will be between 2 - 10 business days
after dispatch for smaller items, and 3 - 10 business days after dispatch for
larger items, depending on the delivery location. Our couriers deliver week
days only. For larger items the courier will be selected based on the goods
being shipped, the size, the weight and delivery location address.
Team Wear / Custom Orders
Team wear, embroidery, screen
printing and heat pressing orders all differ in delivery times. On placement of
order TruSports will provide an approximate delivery time. If you, the
‘customer’ has a specific delivery time please advise on placement of order and
we will do our best to meet your delivery date.
TruSports is unable
to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless
they have been found faulty after detailed examination. Please choose your
customisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation email
for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your
item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will
gladly replace them.
PO Boxes addresses
Large items requiring a courier are
unable to be shipped to a PO Box address.
Reasons for Order Delays
Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please
double check all details at time of order as you will only be charged once your
details have been validated by our payment gateway.
Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are
unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal
detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and
this may delay shipping.
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to
re-order the product from our suppliers.

Track My Order
All orders are dispatched from TruSports.com.au via various courier
companies, may be tracked using the Australian Post number or the courier
Once your order is dispatched you'll
receive an email from trusports.com.au containing your tracking code. If you do
not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please
call – TruSports on 07 4638 4991.
Once you have your courier
consignment number, you can track your parcel. Please allow 12 hours (after
shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the courier consignment number
against your order, before attempting to track your parcel. For all international
orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.
What if I want to return an Item?
TruSports adheres to QLD law in relation to returns and refunds. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrongselection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, incorrectly described, different from a sample shown to you, or don’t dowhat they are supposed to do. Under QLD law businesses do not have to provide a refund if the customer changes their mind or no longer wants theproduct, found the same item cheaper elsewhere, chose the wrong size or colour, knew about a fault before the purchase, was responsible for the fault or damageor when the customer does not provide proof of purchase. Should you wish to exchange an item we ask that you (the customer) pays for the return ofthe incorrect item, we will send out the first replacement free of charge – any changes from then on are at the cost of the customer.
